You simply click on the "Add to Cart" button after choosing the products you want, and then when you're done, you click on the "Cart" icon in the upper right of the screen. After that, you click on the "Checkout", and fill in your details to finalize the order

  • How long does shipping take ?

- 99% of orders will be sent within a handling period of 2 to 5 business days
- To allow allow delivery worldwide, and very competitive prices, we can't unfortunately provide super fast shipping. Delivery time is from 4 to 6 weeks, and It can be more for certain countries.

  • Can I follow my order?

      Yes, you can follow your order by entering your order number, and e-mail in the page "Order Lookup"

      • Why does FedEx website show "Tracking label Created" for so long? Did my order actually get shipped?

      "The tracking label was created" means that time, we began all the packaging and shipping process and the parcel started to travel from original country. It usually takes 10 days to arrive to destination country; and then it will be handed over to local delivery carrier (FedEx in your case). From this time, all the tracking information will be updated on FedEx website. Until then, it will be staying as "Label created".

      • Where can I find a discount code

      We send out discount codes regularly to those who are subscribed to our email list. If you wish to subscribe, scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your email.

      • How do I receive multiple item order

      If you order several products, each one will be sent in a separate package (in most cases).

      • How many discount codes can I apply per transaction?

      Only ONE discount code per transaction allowed.
